Sales Consultant - Western Cape
As a Residential Sales Consultant, you will play a critical role in driving property sales and maintaining strong client relationships.
Your main duties will include:
Actively sourcing and generating leads through various marketing channels and networking.
Presenting and selling residential properties to potential buyers in a professional and compelling manner.
Conducting property viewings and effectively communicating features, benefits, and value to clients.
Building and maintaining long-term client relationships by understanding their needs and providing ongoing support.
Managing the full sales cycle, from initial inquiry to deal closure and post-sale service.
Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Keeping up-to-date with market trends, property values, and industry regulations.
Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, property listings, and transaction documents.
Minimum Requirements
Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Afrikaans and English (most of our buyers are Afrikaans-speaking).
Communication Skills: Able to connect comfortably with clients, build trust, and understand their unique needs.
Sales Experience: Prior sales experience in any industry is preferred — it does not need to be in property.
We provide full training on our product and proven sales techniques.
Other Experience
If you do not have formal sales experience but believe you have passion, drive, and potential to succeed, we still want to hear from you. Your attitude and willingness to grow matters just as much as experience.
Qualification
Minimum Grade 12 / Matric
A tertiary qualification in sales or marketing is a plus and will support faster growth within the company.
