General Foreman - Western Cape
Experienced General Foreman with 15+ years in commercial and residential construction, managing site teams, subcontractors, safety, quality, and project delivery on time and within standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily on-site operations.
Coordinate labour, subcontractors, and materials.
Ensure projects are completed on time and to standard.
Enforce health and safety regulations.
Report progress to project management.
Minimum requirements
15+ years proven experience as a General Foreman/Senior Foreman.
Minimum NQF4/5 TJEKA
NQF6 advantageous
Red Seal Certificate advantageous.
MBA advantageous.
Must reside in the Western Cape.
Experience
Solid experience in both commercial and residential construction.
Experience in structural, wet trades and finishing.
Strong leadership and site supervision skills.
Ability to manage teams, timelines, and quality standards.
Good understanding of construction drawings and site safety.
