Senior Foreman (Finishing) - Western Cape
We are seeking an experienced Senior Foreman with 10+ years in commercial and residential construction to lead site operations, manage teams and subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered safel
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily on-site operations.
Coordinate labour, subcontractors, and materials.
Ensure projects are completed on time and to standard.
Enforce health and safety regulations.
Report progress to project management.
Minimum requirements
10+ years proven experience as a Senior Foreman.
Minimum NQF4/5 TJEKA
NQF6 advantageous
Red Seal Certificate advantageous.
MBA advantageous.
Must reside in the Western Cape.
Experience
Solid experience in both commercial and residential construction.
Experience in structural, wet trades and finishing.
Strong leadership and site supervision skills.
Ability to manage teams, timelines, and quality standards.
Good understanding of construction drawings and site safety.
