Junior Foreman - Western Cape
We are seeking a Foreman with 1–2 years’ construction experience to support site operations, coordinate teams and subcontractors, and ensure safe, timely, and quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily on-site operations.
Coordinate labour, subcontractors, and materials.
Ensure projects are completed on time and to standard.
Enforce health and safety regulations.
Report progress to project management.
Minimum requirements
1-2 years proven experience as a Foreman.
Matric
Red Seal Certificate advantageous.
MBA advantageous.
Must reside in the Western Cape.
Experience
Practical experience in both commercial and residential construction projects.
Sound knowledge of general construction processes, site operations, and workmanship standards.
Demonstrated ability to supervise teams, coordinate subcontractors, and manage daily site activities.
Ability to work to project timelines while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Good understanding of construction drawings, health and safety regulations, and on-site compliance requirements.
