Senior Foreman - Gauteng
We are seeking an experienced Senior Foreman to oversee and manage construction activities on residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily on-site operations.
Coordinate labour, subcontractors, and materials.
Ensure projects are completed on time and to standard.
Enforce health and safety regulations.
Report progress to project management.
Minimum requirements
15+ years proven experience as a Senior Foreman.
Minimum Matric
NQF4/5/6 TJEKA Advantageous
Safety & Risk on Site Advantageous
Working at Heights Advantageous
Setting Out Advantageous
Experience
Solid experience in residential construction. Commercial construction experience advantageous.
Strong leadership and site supervision skills.
Ability to manage teams, timelines, and quality standards.
Good understanding of construction drawings and site safety.
