Senior Foreman (Wet Trades)
We are seeking an experienced Senior Wet Trades Foreman in residential construction to lead site teams, oversee wet trades and finishing, and ensure projects are completed safely.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily on-site operations.
Coordinate labour, subcontractors, and materials.
Ensure projects are completed on time and to standard.
Enforce health and safety regulations.
Report progress to project management.
Minimum requirements
15 years proven experience as a Wet Trade Foreman.
NQF2 advantageous
Red Seal Certificate advantageous.
MBA advantageous.
Must reside in the Western Cape.
Experience
Solid experience in residential construction.
Experience in wet trades and finishing.
Strong leadership and site supervision skills.
Ability to manage teams, timelines, and quality standards.
Good understanding of construction drawings and site safety.
