Are you an experienced Architect who enjoys turning ideas into practical, innovative spaces?

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong architectural capability with a practical understanding of construction and enjoys working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative development environment.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders and project teams to develop creative, commercially practical design solutions and contribute across various stages of the design and development process.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and refine architectural concepts, layouts and design solutions.

• Produce and coordinate detailed architectural drawings and documentation.

• Work closely with construction, development and other internal project teams.

• Ensure designs are practical, innovative and aligned with project requirements.

• Coordinate design information across consultants and stakeholders.

• Participate in design reviews, technical discussions and problem-solving sessions.

• Use Revit to develop and maintain accurate architectural models and drawings.

• Review designs with consideration for construction methodology, functionality and cost.

• Contribute innovative ideas while remaining open to feedback and robust design discussions.

• Support projects from concept development through to implementation and construction.

What We’re Looking For

• An Honours-level qualification in Architecture

• Approximately 5–10 years' architectural experience; candidates outside this range may also be considered based on capability and experience.

• Experience across architecture, design and construction.

• Previous experience working within an architectural practice, property developer or similar built-environment environment.

• Strong proficiency in Revit is essential.

• Rendering and visualisation experience would be advantageous.

• SACAP registration is highly advantageous.

• A Project Management qualification or course would be beneficial.
